Real-time shipment tracking, dynamic route optimization and warehouse inventory control across 14 global hubs.
Fourteen hubs, three TMS vendors, two WMS systems and one increasingly stressed dispatch team. The client could not answer a basic question: where is the shipment right now and will it be on time?
We unified telemetry from vehicles, WMS events and dispatch into a Kafka-fed TimescaleDB store, then built a TanStack-powered cockpit on top. Dynamic routing recalculates on traffic, weather and dock availability. SLA-aware alerts page the right dispatcher before a breach, not after.
On-time delivery climbed to 98.4%, empty miles dropped 27%, and dispatcher capacity tripled. The customer-facing tracking links — a small late addition — became the #1 driver of CSAT improvement.
A 3PL with 14 hubs lacked unified visibility — dispatchers were juggling 5 tools and SLAs were missed weekly.
We unified telemetry, WMS and dispatch into one TanStack-powered cockpit with dynamic routing and SLA-aware alerting.
