An NHS-adjacent provider needed a mobile companion that did three things well: book appointments, drive medication adherence, and host telehealth — without the user feeling shoved between four different apps.
We built a React Native app with HealthKit and Google Fit sync, push-based adherence reminders, and one-tap embedded telehealth (no separate Zoom download). Biometric login keeps the experience under three seconds from cold launch to today's schedule.
Medication adherence improved 34% measured against pharmacy refill data. The app holds a 4.8★ store rating and 61% of booked telehealth visits now happen in-app, up from a baseline of zero.
